Ricardo luggage. The fabric is tightly woven and of the highest
quality. The color is carefully developed and chosen. Every Ricardo
luggage line on the face of the case is sculpted to create a positive
visual effect. All exterior components - hardware, zipper pullers,
carry handles, retractable handle/wheel systems, corner protectors -
are designed exclusively for each Ricardo product line.
Attention to detail is carried to the interior of a case as well. All
interiors are fully lined and accessorized with pockets, compartments,
and packing features meant to organize and pamper the traveler.

Ricardo Gibbs had been selling travel products designed by others for 40 years
when he finally decided to follow his passion and start a company that would
design and deliver luggage the way it ought to be done. From his home in Beverly
Hills, Richard founded RICARDO BEVERLY HILLS in 1978 based on some very simple
ideas.
He wanted to make really honest luggage....luggage that was made better, luggage
that performed better. This luggage had to demonstrate obvious great value. not
the lowest prices, but honest, affordable prices. Very importantly, this gear
had to look sharp it had to command attention.
Aadhering to these standards has been no easy task
to pull off year after year. But good news does travel and we believe that our
unwavering pursuit of these values over the past 28 years has helped make
Ricardo one of the largest and most successful luggage Companies in the USA.
As we strive to innovate ahead of quickly changing travel conditions as well as
thrill travelers, frequent or otherwise, we remain even more passionately

Ricardo Luggagge Warranty
Ricardo Beverly Hills offers a warranty that our products will be free of
defects in materials.
Like any other product, our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse
or airline mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, you should
immediately file a claim directly with the airline.
Also, as could be expected, component parts, particularly moving parts and
wheels, will show wear with use over time and may need to be repaired or
replaced. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee.
In the unlikely event that a defect in material or workmanship occurs, we will
repair your luggage or replace it, if it cannot be repaired. Simply write, email
or fax us, attention Customer Service, explaining the defect and including dated
proof of purchase. Include your name, address and day time phone number. Do not
send luggage directly to Ricardo Beverly Hills.
Upon receipt of your complete warranty repair information, we will send you a
letter with a claim number. We will also refer you to the nearest local luggage
repair location or, if necessary, inform you where and how to send the product
for warranty evaluation. This evaluation is necessary to validate all warranty
issues. Please be ready to provide a copy of your purchase receipt and the claim
number to the repair facility.
Ricardo Beverly Hills reserves the right to make the final judgment on all
claims. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other
rights which can vary from state to state. |
