Since
the 1930s, Zero Halliburton has specialized in stylish aluminum cases with a
classic design using compound curves, horizontal lines and simple arcs.
These design elements, combined with the use of premium materials, make up
the Zero Halliburton "Brand DNA" -- the essence that inspires the brand's
unique look and appeal.
This "Brand DNA" can be easily recognized in Zero Halliburton's new
leather and ballistic twill series. Exquisite styling combined with the use
of premium leather and a proprietary weave of ballistic twill create unique
products that are sophisticated, functional and, above all, very Zero
Halliburton.
Thanks to an aluminum case manufacturing process based on a commitment to
quality and attention to detail, ZERO Halliburton Aluminum Briefcases offer
the protection and durability that you demand without sacrificing style and
elegance. Consider these facts:
-
Every ZERO Halliburton aluminum Attaché starts with a two-ton coil of
aircraft-grade aluminum.
-
After being cut into individual pieces, the aluminum is “deep-drawn”
over special steel dies using 440 tons of pressure. As the shape is
formed, the molecular structure of the aluminum actually changes,
resulting in a shell that's free of wrinkling, distortion and
manufacturing inconsistencies.
-
Following the deep-draw process, the shell is heated to more than 1000
degrees Fahrenheit and then quickly cooled, making the aluminum even
stronger and more durable.
-
Each shell is then buffed and electro-chemically anodized to add color
and prevent corrosion.
-
After the shell is completed, it takes the skillful hand of a trained
craftsman – and about
250 operations – to make each case worthy of the ZERO Halliburton name.
